Peace, memories and a family legacy on the Watauga.

The Meredith family legacy here reaches back to 1965. Today, Robert and Betty Barnes are carrying that story forward as Meredith Valley on the River—a welcoming place for cabin stays, RV getaways, fishing, family time and gatherings beside the water.

Set in Elizabethton, Tennessee, the property pairs the calm of the river with easy access to historic downtown, trails, parks and the mountain scenery of Northeast Tennessee.
